She even suggested taking our Discover card out of their system so it couldn't be "accidently" charged again that month. She also noted that her Supervisor was going to go over to the cancellation department and give them notice on our behalf. Filed a complaint with CA Insurance Commissioner for fraudulent application and resolution to the AHS policy issued. AHS blames vendor for not submitting diagnosis report but will not allow vendor to give us a copy nor see a copy of the diagnosis report. Then AHS blames another AHS department for losing the report.
